Love, Marriage, and Space Pirates is a game that was originally made as an experiment in nonlinear narratives and character design. 

The final design of the main character can be seen here along with some of her concept art.

 

The game was narrative driven and relied on the player’s choices. It also played with emotion as an aspect of gaming. The choices the player would make could cause them stress or joy later on.
